Maya made tang yuan with her class again this year. Tang yuan are sweet sticky rice flour balls that are usually filled with pureed peanuts or black seasame. Maya's had red bean paste inside. She was so excited about making them herself, and she kept begging me to make them for her. Well, finally one evening I decided we should have them for snack, and she was thrilled.
